Terms of Service — RentAcquire

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RentAcquire Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use RentAcquire.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information and verify your email before signing in.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Listings & Content

Listings must be genuine, lawful and for properties you are authorised to advertise.
You must not post misleading prices, fake photos, duplicate or fraudulent listings.
You grant RentAcquire a licence to display and distribute the content you submit on the Platform.
We may edit, remove or refuse any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Marketplace Role

RentAcquire is a technology platform that connects buyers, tenants, owners, agents and builders. We are not a party to any transaction, do not own or broker the listed properties, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. Verify all details independently before transacting.

5. Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
No scraping, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the Platform.
No spam, harassment, or misuse of other users' contact details.

6. Fees

Use of core features may be free or chargeable as described on the Platform. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you incur them. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹).

7. Intellectual Property

The RentAcquire name, logo, design and software are our property and protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentAcquire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any dealings between users arising from the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
